Cancellation & Refund Policy
We don’t entertain requests for the cancellation of services rendered to patients. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
A person who has remitted the required amount and placed orders for a genetic test for his beneficiary in the laboratory can request cancellation of the said procedure, provided the cancellation request is made.
The cancellation request should be received within 24 hours after placing the order and prior to the procedure/investigation/consultation date. No cancellation is to be accepted prior to the procedure/investigation/consultation date.
The samples might take 10 to 14 days to process; no cancellation will be processed during the procedure.
The procedure might be repeated for some issues related to the quality of the sample and will be reported after the procedure is performed, which might take up to 14 days. The samples might be requested for resampling and repeated for free, and no refund for the repeated samples. The repeated might take from 10-14 days.
Refund and Invoicing Policy
Once the laboratory acknowledges the cancellation request, the amount remitted shall be refunded/invoiced after deducting 5% of the amount if the samples are received in the lab. In the case of Payment Gateway payments, an additional 2.8% will be applied to payment gateway fees. In the case of Payment Gateway payments, a refund will be made to the same account.

- All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile & We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit/MADA cards in SAR.
- We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
